I must admit that I installed this on Sarge rather than Etch. However,
looking at the dependancies, there is everything available in Sarge that
Bugzilla needs.
I am using MySQL 4.1.
I re-tried by removing the 'bugzilla' database and removing the
'bugzilla' account from mysql.user and mysql.db and then invoking
'dpkg-reconfigure bugzilla'. I also tried completely purging the package
before a re-install.
Maybe the install process forgets to issue 'flush privileges' to MySQL
(as root), before it tries to login with the freshly installed account?
