The change should really be reverted and 3.0.5 should be re-uploaded to unstable (obviously using a version number that is higher than what's there now). Not only is this an uncoordinated transition long after the transition freeze, it will also block new uploads of qemu (which will be needed because of security issues). Thanks, Ivo
