The package was updated to work with ronn (0.8.0-2) in unstable to fix
#922995.
The updated ronn package has not migrated to testing yet, but should
tomorrow.

Ok, I see, but this is why we have versioned build-depends.
Even if the package had migrated to testing before its
build-dependency,
a versioned build-depends would have yielded a different result,
namely, "unmet build-depends". This is usually better than the
current failure.
Yes, but it's too late to add that now.
If ronn will not migrate for some reason we can still add the version
b-d.
