I was trying to install debian on My Book Live (apm821xx) with debootstrap, this bug cause failure. I have to use the following command as workaournd:
debootstrap --keyring=/usr/share/keyrings/debian-ports-archive-keyring.gpg --exclude=powerpc-ibm-utils,powerpc-utils sid . http://ftp.ports.debian.org/debian-ports -- 仁者贱仁 智者贱智
