Indeed and I've a fix for this. However I would like to add a Python
3 package and don't know if it's accepted automatically or have to go
through the NEW queue. That is, can I do a source only upload or do it
via experimental with a binary upload (otherwise it will not migrate
to testing due to not built on buildd). Please advise.

If you add a new binary package, your upload will go to the NEW queue (and will have to include binaries).

Cheers,

Ivo
