On s390x, gdm3 isn't installable, because it needs gnome-shell, which FTBFS there. So either the dependency should be dropped or the binaries for gdm3 on s390x should be removed. Please note that this blocks the s390x binaries from some other packages (like gnome-panel and gnome-applets) to migrate to testing. This also blocks new source uploads for the packages depending on libgdm1. Ivo
