Hello,
looks like you are playing with /dev/random removing and symlinking it again.

This might break the test environment, so I would say we should

1) declare the test as breaks-testbed [1]

or

2) stop doing that.

I tried to remove that if statement in Ubuntu, and the testsuite ran 
successfully everywhere, including armhf.

I discovered that issue, because in armhf the rm was failing because of 
"dev/random" busy issues.
