Yes, and this was reported before in bug #358410 
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=358410.

I know 358410 is some days old but my usual sponsor, Will Newton, seems to be 
MIA.  Torsten Werner has kindly agreed to test build -3 on platforms I don't 
have access to, and we will hopefully be able to upload it soon.
