We have a transition tracker [1] > setup to track progress. We're now down to the last 3 packages in this transition. One of those is filezilla, and the other two should be resolved by the end of this month. https://qa.debian.org/cgi-bin/vcswatch?package=filezilla shows you apparently prepared a new upload including a fix for this about 3.5 weeks ago, but it seems this hasn't actually been uploaded.
