Well, The version in debian now is 0.5.1-2 while the bug is reported against 0.5.0-4.
I was hunting a bit, Tried to reproduce it with 0.5.1-2 but I wasn't able to reproduce it. I even compiled the upstream tarball and wasn't able to.
