Yes I'm on unstable. I upgraded on December 31th but I waited a few days to check that the problem just wasn't on my side. I labeled it as important because it seemed right to me (it doesn't cause data loss or introduces a security hole ecc...). Among the various tests that I did, I disabled lightdm too and it can be enabled again with "dpkg-reconfigure lightdm". I made that script because I needed to easly switch between 340.107-8 and 340.108-1 for troubleshooting.
