eclipse-titan still encodes an upper dependency on gcc. The changelog says this is fixed upstream, nevertheless the package still has this dependency. Plus this dependency is bogus. The gcc-9 package changed to 9.3, and eclipse-titan still seems to work. So an upper dependency on the gcc dependency package doesn't make sene.
