Bug#958446: nvidia-legacy-340xx-driver: Fails to build with kernel 5.6

I'm running into similar problems with backported Linux 5.6 support
patches breaking Linux 4.19 on all other driver series ... I'm now
testing my own backport, and if you are lucky, that shows me the
solution for 340xx, too :-)
