Bug#961863: zatacka: Depends/Build-Depends on cruft package ttf-dejavu-core

Currently, src:zatacka Build-Depends on ttf-dejavu and the binary
package Depends on ttf-dejavu-core.  However, src:fonts-dejavu dropped
these packages as of 2.37-2; so it's currently only possible to
install the package by using obsolete packages in sid, and once 2.37-2
migrates to testing, the packages will become uninstallable.
