The POSIX compatibility change was reverted in coreutils 5.96-3, and it
seems it'll stay like that for etch. Now the following warning is
emitted:

% lbdbq foo
Warning: "+number" syntax is deprecated, please use "-k number"lbdbq: 4 matches

So I think 'important' is the correct severity for this bug now.
