During an apt run on a machine that runs a mix of stable and
testing/unstable I hit:
dpkg: error processing archive
/tmp/apt-dpkg-install-HP9Wwp/08-libopenmpi-dev_4.0.5-3_amd64.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man1/oshmem_info.1.gz', which is
also in package openmpi-bin 3.1.3-11
This was also already noticed by piuparts:

which can be consulted for a complete apt log.
