Source: mariadb-10.3

Severity: serious
Justification: fails to build from source

After uploading the latest mariadb-10.5 I noticed it fails to build.
However, mariadb-10.4 built just fine on ppc64.

The failure is this test that fails:

mariadb-10.5 built successfully in
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=mariadb-10.5&arch=ppc64&ver=1%3A10.5.5-1&stamp=1601082702&raw=0
so this seems to be fixed now.
