Package: libsiconos-io-dev Version: 4.3.0+dfsg-1 Severity: serious Hi,
while I was rebuilding all reverse-dependencies of bullet, I discovered that siconos fails to build from source. The issue is related to Python 3, maybe a missing build-dependency. Full build log is attached. The error message is: CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-3.18/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:165 (message): Could NOT find Python3 (missing: Python3_INCLUDE_DIRS Python3_LIBRARIES Development NumPy Development.Module Development.Embed) (found version "3.9.0") Call Stack (most recent call first): /usr/share/cmake-3.18/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:458 (_FPHSA_FAILURE_MESSAGE) /usr/share/cmake-3.18/Modules/FindPython/Support.cmake:2966 (find_package_handle_standard_args) /usr/share/cmake-3.18/Modules/FindPython3.cmake:389 (include) cmake/SiconosSetup.cmake:58 (find_package) CMakeLists.txt:127 (include) Regards, Markus -- System Information: Debian Release: bullseye/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.19.0-11-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU threads) Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE not set Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: unable to detect Versions of packages libsiconos-io-dev depends on: pn libsiconos-io6 <none> pn libsiconos-kernel-dev <none> libsiconos-io-dev recommends no packages. libsiconos-io-dev suggests no packages.
