I noticed the same bug when file transfer via BT would not work anymore. Some research brought up a very similar, resolved bug in the Gentoo bug tracker [1]. The cause of the problem appears to be a non-working placeholder in the binary path of the obex service file (/usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.bluez.obex.service):
