TLDR, it's caused by binNMU. The test I wrote in this package's autopkgtest, uses `dpkg-parsechangelog -SVersion` to detect the version, then fails to match the binNMU version. Can we have autopkgtest for migration of binNMU? -- Shengjing Zhu
