This bug as well as the python2->3 migration has long been fixed in git trunk. We just need another upload. Osamu: do you have time to review all changes after 2.76 tag and make another upload for debian-reference package? This will fix at least one RC-buggy bug so it might be worthwhile to get fixed before freeze.
