Package: rust-lazycell
Version: 1.3.0-1
Severity: serious

The upload of rust-lazycell 1.3.0-1 introduced three new binary packages, two of which are currently uninstallable. This is preventing the package from migrating to testing which is annoying the release
team (see: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=977583 )

I believe that the "nightly-testing" and "clippy" features should simply be dropped, both of them appear to me to be related to linting the package with clippy rather than actual runtime features.

If noone objects I will make an upload dropping these features in a week or so.
