Version: 20.8.0-1

The autopkgtest of version 20.8.0-1 does not fail with new setuptools. The
packages setuptools and ospd-openvas have migrated to testing.
I think only the version 1.0.1-2 had a failing autopkgtest. This version is no
longer in testing.
