I can create an issue in the original fork. However, just know that
this library is *not* being maintained at all. So there won't be much
help from anywhere.

Either way, I'd also like to mention that we did a build for
ruby-in-parallel against ruby3.0 and everything seems to work,
including those tests as well. See logs here:
