No, the tests that britney schedules for migration are run in testing, and usually only the package to be tested comes from unstable. The idea is to simulate what would break in testing, if this package from unstable were allowed to migrate. If there are breaks and versioned dependencies, britney will try to satisfy these with additional packages from unstable. > That's great anyway.
