Package: libconfig-ini-perl Version: 1:0.025-1.1 Severity: serious Tags: ftbfs fixed-upstream sid bookworm
As seen on ci.debian.net, this package fails its test suite with libmixin-linewise-perl/0.110-1. The regression is currently blocking libmixin-linewise-perl testing migration. The issue is presumably fixed upstream in Config-INI: 0.027 2021-06-22 22:27:53-04:00 America/New_York - require Mixin::Linewise v0.110 to cope with new error message I haven't checked if this is only build time breakage, or if run time is affected too. In the latter case libmixin-linewise-perl probably needs to add a Breaks entry. >From >https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/libconfig-ini-perl.html # Failed test 'read_file on non-plain-file' # at t/reader-err.t line 30. # ''lib' is not readable at t/reader-err.t line 29. # ' # doesn't match '(?^i:not a plain file)' # Failed test 'can't read an unreadable file' # at t/reader-err.t line 51. # ''tempt6w8z' is not readable at t/reader-err.t line 50. # ' # doesn't match '(?^:(?:couldn't|can't) read)' # Looks like you failed 2 tests of 9. t/reader-err.t ......... 1..9 ok 1 - read_file without args ok 2 - read_file with non-existent file not ok 3 - read_file on non-plain-file not ok 4 - can't read an unreadable file ok 5 - read_string without args ok 6 - syntax error ok 7 - syntax error ok 8 - we can't read a UTF-8 file that starts with a BOM ok 9 - the error message mentions a BOM Dubious, test returned 2 (wstat 512, 0x200) Failed 2/9 subtests -- Niko Tyni nt...@debian.org
