As discussed in https://bugs.debian.org/993058 , gnome-shell-extension-dash- to-panel/43-1 does not work with GNOME Shell 3.38 or earlier versions. However, the current condition is that it was uploaded onto Unstable even if gnome-shell/40.x is still in experimental. This will make current gnome-shell 3.38.6 crash when gnome-shell-extension-dash-to-panel/43-1 is also installed (that is exactly what I experienced :-( Ideally we should only upload gnome-shell-extension-dash-to-panel/43-1 when gnome shell 40.x already appears in Sid. Since that is already not possible, please add Breaks: gnome-shell (<< 40) to the binary package to make sure that no users would end up with a broken GUI environment. Thanks, Boyuan Yang
