the gravity is, imho, due also to the fact that install process creates the
file database.cfg with all requirements for accessing the db (login,
password, host...) but it's not used 'cause no files includes it. I had to
change manually the nagios.cfg just to include it instead of resources.cfg
that is pretty the same as database.cfg but not handled by dbconfig...
