Hi,

We are about to enable building against ruby3.0 on unstable. During a test
rebuild, ruby-jsonpath was found to fail to build in that situation.

To reproduce this locally, you need to install ruby-all-dev from experimental
on an unstable system or build chroot.

Relevant part (hopefully):
> RuntimeError: character '|' not supported in query.
> ArgumentError expected but nothing was raised.
>
> 89 runs, 122 assertions, 1 failures, 0 errors, 0 skips
> rake aborted!
> Command failed with status (1): [ruby -w -I"test"
> /usr/lib/ruby/gems/3.0.0/gems/rake-13.0.3/lib/rake/rake_test_loader.rb
> "test/test_jsonpath.rb" "test/test_jsonpath_bin.rb" -v]

> ERROR: Test "ruby3.0" failed:
