Hi,

We are about to enable building against ruby3.0 on unstable. During a test
rebuild, ruby-openid was found to fail to build in that situation.

To reproduce this locally, you need to install ruby-all-dev from experimental
on an unstable system or build chroot.

Relevant part (hopefully):
> <internal:/usr/lib/ruby/vendor_ruby/rubygems/core_ext/kernel_require.rb>:85:in
> `require': cannot load such file -- webrick (LoadError)

Note that webrick has been removed from the standard library. It's
already been packaged and is currently in NEW, but this package now
needs an explicit dependency on it.
