Hi Steffen
ERROR: dependencies ‘DRIMSeq’, ‘tximeta’ are not available for package
‘IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR’
r-bioc-tximeta is in Debian and just needs to be mentioned in
Build-Depends. However, Git seems not to be up to date so please push.
Seems like we have a race condition. I dumped my local one and
routine-updated what was in salsa.
What is the status of r-bioc-drimseq? I have not found it in new neither
did I found any mentioning it on the maintainers list.
g...@salsa.debian.org:r-pkg-team/r-bioc-drimseq.git
Seems like I had not uploaded it. Just upgraded it to a newer version
and sent it away.
PS: Please use a chroot when building your packages.
I typically do. For the ones with build dependencies in the NEW queue I
once had my own local repository but at some point stopped doing that.
