Package: gimp-dimage-color
Version: 1.1.0-2
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

The latest version of the gimp package does not Provides: gimp2.0 any
more. This makes gimp-dimage-color uninstallable, because it depends on
gimp2.0. I suggest you replace it by a versioned dependency, for example
gimp (>= 2.0).
