newt's copyright file does not present the package's copyright in a fashion
that is required by the Policy.
The copyright holder is not included from README (Red Hat) but from COPYING,
which is the GPL's copyright holder.
The GPL-2+ license, which is applicable to some po files, is not mentioned.
Also, the referenced ftp and http resources are not available anymore.
Please find a machine-readable copyright file attached that fixes these issues.
