It is RC if the debian/copyright is incorrect or incomplete. Marcus, please repackage as soon as possible the orig.tar.gz, remove all non-free and all uncertain components, and add the +dfsg tag. You should also remove the pending tag from the bug, except if you have finished already an upload which fixes the bug.
