Bug#1026329: bouncycastle breaks pgpainless autopkgtest: premature end of stream

Hello,

According to the pgpainless upstream, this bug is fixed bouncycastle 
1.72.1 and later versions.

Unfortunately, upstream does not appear to have tagged any version 
beyond 1.72 in their git repository.
