Qt6 6.3.x to 6.4.x library transition and should go away from itself. Probably the build-dependency on calibre is the main cause: https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=calibre says that the BinNMU builds of calibre were just 6 to 9 hours ago. Which is about the time you've reported the bug report. As of now, at least it installed all build-dependencies successfully in an up to date chroot. I'll close the bug report if the build succeeds.
