Looking at the source, I think the issue is that spamd is calling
ip_or_name_to_ip_addresses() on the IP address, which in turn is
passing AI_ADDRCONFIG to getaddrinfo(), which will fail on a system
configured in such a way, as it does not consider loopback addresses.
