Package: python-dev-is-python3
Version: 3.11.1-2
Severity: serious

Hi,

python-dev-is-python3 is uninstallable because of these never
satisfiable package relations:

Reason is probably that for the << relation in Breaks and Replaces of
python-is-python3 the source package version is used despite the
(different) binary package version should have been used.
