These files are mostly test corpora from OSS-Fuzz. So I wouldn't be too bothered, as those are only used with `make check`.

Some other changes are updates of the copyright year and meson and msvc build files, both have no influence on the Debian build (autotools/make).

I leave it to you to decide about the few remaining changed files.
