Hello,
This bug, as well as bug #1034855, have a common cause.
The latest upload of src:logback, version 1:1.2.11-2, added a large
patchset to migrate its dependencies from tomcat9 to tomcat10.
When attempting to build this package with the previous version of
liblogback-java, 1:1.2.11-1, everything works.
Unfortunately I'm a little out of my depth here, because I'm not sure
what's the best way to address this problem.
At this point it seems inappropriate to introduce a large patchset in
this package to migrate over to tomcat10 libraries, if that is even
possible.
Therefore, I would like to request assistance to find a solution.
The removal of this package would inevitably lead to the removal of
puppetserver from Debian, which would be highly unfortunate.
