We are planning to bump to 0.15.0 to coordinate merges for all our
planned breaking changes at once

With this, the importable module's name will be changed, avoiding
conflict. I've proposed sherlock_project to match pypi and the egg, as
Thomas recommended.

We also plan to adopt proper tagged releases starting with this
version. This means that long date+commitish version tags like
0.14.4+git20240531.e5ad3c4-2 are theoretically no longer necessary for
downstream. Downstream packages should be able to (in theory) peg
themselves to a version tag for stable and add build numbers after for
later mid-lifecycle/unstable updates or patches (i.e. 0.15.0-1,
0.15.0-2).

Will update everyone soon.
