Control: reassign -1 python3-pythran/0.16.1+ds-3
I *think* this is a bug in Pythran. The relevant extract from the
failure log is:
[9/168] /usr/bin/pythran -E ../skimage/feature/brief_pythran.py -o
skimage/feature/brief_cy.cpp
FAILED: skimage/feature/brief_cy.cpp

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

which show that the invocation of the "pythran" executable fails while trying
to import the build_ext module from either distutils or setuptools.
Could you investigate this?
