I believe the issue is a po file generated and written out by t/po.t
(missing a content-type header).  I am not able to write a patch for
this myself until Jul 29 at the earliest,  but I'm confident I could
before the autoremoval date (Aug 19).

If anyone wants to NMU this in the meantime that's fine by me too.
