Because you replied, I just checked, but guile-3.0 is a key package, so it's not going to be autoremoved.
If possible, I think the best outcome, when it's time, would just be for unstable to revert to the version in trixie. Also fine (from my perspective) for that to happen sooner if it helps.
With my Release Team member hat on, I rather have it sooner then. Because there will be enough to manage later.
