Bug#1087859: coin3: autopkgtest regression due to new CMake deprecation warning

With the upload of version 4.0.2+ds-3 ignoring output from stderr in
the autopkgtest scripts, the tests pass again.

Should this issue be closed, or is there more needed to work well with
future cmake versions?
