This is due to a typo in the Breaks/Replaces/Provides fields, that has
already been fixed in the packaging repository. The fix is going to be
part of the next upload.
Just wanted to mention that during testing a salsa ci config, the
pipeline running on the fork of debian/experimental is raising that
package as well.
Both piuparts and missingbreaks are reporting:
libmono-system-configuration-*INSTALL*4.0-cil
vs.
libmono-system-configuration-4.0-cil-*INSTALL*
