Hello Jonathan, release team,

recently some change in GNOME was unblocked that override the list of pinned
applications in the GNOME dock (Debian always override the upstream choice).

Calamares also overrides this list, to ensure that the Calamares installer is
at the front (in live images).

The following images in openQA are based on Trixie RC2 images.
