Yes, you're right, it's better to add all possible regional Arabic 
variants. However, in the long run, this creates a new problem to solve, 
since we're only renaming the ar.aff and ar.dic files without 
introducing any real change to the Arabic language in each country. I 
think this would be an interesting project for upstream.
