These are caused by ls-lR vs. ls-lR.gz. I am going to fix that in a NMU.

This one is a consequence of the format of the mirror file :
ftp.iut-bm.univ-fcomte.fr /debian/
/debian/ all
`-> works fine.
ftp.proxad.net /mirrors/ftp.debian.org/
all
`-> misses a column for HTTP and therefore fails.
This file is got from
<http://http.us.debian.org/debian/README.mirrors.txt>.
I see here a bug in apt-spy not parsing correctly the file.
