Package: dbmail-pgsql Version: 1.2.11-1 Severity: serious dbmail-pgsql still depends on libpq3 and build-depends on postgresql-dev. As announced ages ago [1], packages should build-dep on libpq-dev and use libpq4.
I am going to remove libpq3 from the postgresql-7.4 source package now, since dbmail-pgsql is the only package that still depends on it and is not even in testing any more. I make this bug serious to prevent it from going into testing with the broken dependencies.
